Check that your devices are all on the network (Have you tried turning it off and on again?) 2. At this point, you’re probably as well rebooting both your gaming device (be it PC or console) and your mobile device or tablet, just to be on the safe side. You’ll then need to quit the game completely – going out to the main menu from your save and then reloading isn’t enough – in order for the changes to take effect. From the options menu, select Gameplay, then scroll right down to the bottom: there you’ll find an option to enable the PipBoy app connection. It sounds ludicrous, I know, but the ability to connect to the PipBoy app isn’t turned on by default in Fallout 4.
